Festive fudge cake bake off success
After residents took part in BCG’s recent Great Christmas Cake Bake last month, we changed things up for our latest in-house edition.
The most recent instalment of our long-running bake-off competition came with a fun twist: staff versus staff! Each department was challenged to create a chocolate fudge cake, and in true ASC style, everyone rose to the occasion.
Our judges, Wayne, George and Liam, had the tough job of tasting the entries. This round produced three winners: the Management Team, the Activities Team and Orchard Court.
