Home-made jam, courtesy of the lads at ASC

When Activities Coordinator Anne Foulds took some of the Orchard Court service users berry picking, they ended up with quite the haul of raspberries.

(Luckily for all of us, the ASC location in Tayside bang in the middle of some of the best soft fruit farming spots in the world.)

So when they got back to base, there was nothing for it but to turn it into jam. Says Anne: “They were mesmerised to see their fruit turned in to lovely jam.”
