Liam Achieves ASDAN Award

Liam McLeod received his certificate this week after working long and hard towards his Bronze ASDAN Award!

The award requires the student to carry out a number of activities, develop a range of core skills along with presenting a portfolio of supporting evidence.

Liam attended onsite college as well as visiting the college externally before lockdown. He has completed a number of wide and varied modules including photography, cooking and focussing on endangered species.

Anne Foulds, Activities Coordinator at ASC and developer of the LOTUS project which is ASC’s service-user-led social enterprise, said: “I have been so lucky to support Liam throughout his journey.”

ASDAN is an education charity and awarding organisation, providing regulated qualifications to engage and empower young people, 11 to 25 years, in greatest need, through relevant, accessible and motivating courses.

Congratulations Liam!
